If you go into any Nickle strong defensive formation...spread the line pinch and crash the Lb's and the Lb's should get through. I like to run the de contain cus it bring heat up the middle and has the two ends on contain.

i like the ne d cause on one 3-4 play u can bring ur ss down as a lb which is like having a nickel to me so this is also a cool thing

bring the two LB's that are blitzing up a little so that they are leaning forward. They get through a lot quicker
