Worlds Fastest Man

wow i dnt kno if anyone has seen the video but it was on my msn page and dis cat ran a 9.58 100M dash...now i dnt kno if anyone watches or cares about track but the previous world record that he broke at the olympics was 9.7somethin or a 9.69 and he showboated the last 10 meters...now he ran this and shut it down the last 5 meters lookin at the clock...just imagine if this guy ever decides to run a full race and not shut it down caus he has the lead...i wonder if this guy will ever lose a 100m or even a 200m race for the next 4 years...i dnt believe he will and i believe that he will lose till he decides to hang it up...he is still young and might dominate for 2 more olympics...for u clueless that 8 years...track and field..the puriest sport out of them all.

and another thing is that all 9 of the guys running in this race have ran sub 10 sec 100m before...making that 1 of if not the fastest paired race ever...and tyson gay would broke the old record usafa powell set a few years ago wen ppl thought it wouldnt get beat

yeah u right about that but if bolt was as fast back then michael johnson wouldnt stand a chance since bolt broke his record in the 200m

so to help me put it in perspective, how fast do most football/basketball players run 100?

Cause I know this man must be like, just fuckin amazingly fast and would make most people look like turtles, but when he's running with people who are almost as fast it doesn't look like it.

I watched it on tv though, well I saw it on sportscenter when I woke up.

wen he runs with other past ppl it doesnt look like he is dominating but u gotta realize that those are competitive runners and that they are seperated by hundredths and thousandths of seconds...now cj ran a 4.24 40 yard dash right...40 yards is pretty close to 40 meters so cj ran real close to a 10 flat 100m...10.00 100m dash ran next to a 9.58 is almost a whole second difference and that would probably be 15 meters behind him.
