Hardcore

What does Wii Madden have to do to be considered hardcore??? I mean EA has made this for casual gamers. The only thing they changed about wii online is fixed all the glitches. What does Madden for wii have to do to be recognized as hard core

It will never be concidered "hardcore" cuz the system was made for little kids.

Yeah that's pretty much my thinking as well. I will still enjoy Madden on the Wii even if it isn't "hardcore" but it would be so much better if it was.

Well you have to admit wii has some "hardcore" titles like MadWorld and Call of Duty

WIi will be considered Hardcore when those players don't look like BLITZ 2001, and you guys get a controller with an analog stick and buttons on the back.

we do its called a classic controller but its not compatible with madden

When 'hardcore' games start selling on the Wii. Madworld (0.26 mill) and No More Heroes (0.44 mill) did not sell all that well.

All of the top selling games are more casual titles (but yes some people treat them hardcore, like Brawl and MK...).

Madden has yet to break a million on the Wii. Unfortunately, if Madden 10 does sell well, they will think casual is the right direction. If it doesn't sell well, will they really go the hardcore route?

Very well said. Yeah they've made hardcore games for the Wii, but they haven't done well in the numbers category which is most companies main goal. Oh well, I will still love my Madden .

Well, EA wants to make the WHOLE Wii Madden audience happy. And since the Wii has taken a casual approach as it's core direction, EA pretty much has to do the same thing to make the casual gamers happy.

Wii is not a hardcore gaming system. There are hardcore gamers that play Wii games, but the games are not intended for harcore players. It will never be hardcore.

Yeah, and they hardly sell that they decide to discontinue them. Wii Sports Resort is the Wii's most popular game right now...

Oh and if they take the hardcore route, you can see the 50% of sales go down for Wii Madden.

Madden 09 sold better than Madden 08. FACT.

wii resort is a sick wii game i like the party games on the wii i wouldnt wanna play madden on wii it is probably terrible wii is for parties not hardcore gamers

who really cares. theyre not listening to us as much because we're not the majority for this console. if you want madden to be hardcore then play it hardcore. theres no sense in constantly posting about the game bein hardcore, its a game on a different system, its still a football game and you can do the same stuff in all of them. does tryin to be hardcore need to involve beggin for pity that your game sucks? i say we just stay hardcore players and then maybe they'll see how bad we really want to b involved in making our game. and making it our game(**** the kids). i think if wii madden isnt hardcore enough for u then switch consoles because u arent hardcore enough for wii madden

EA will always care about the kids...

maybe i worded it wrong, i meant show EA how hardcore you really are if you want them to listen. instead of just bein the minority we could be the ones with the loudest voices too. let them know that WE are the ones who will still be playing the game a few weeks after its release, and WE are the ones that notice the differences in the game
