| I was wanting to see if someone would lab with me and show me how to read defence's.I need help in this alot, i'm on 360,thanks-RIP

| well i am on ps3 but a good way to practice on your own is to go to practice mod and start with simple plays like cover 2 3 and 4...see wat routes will be there on wat coverage....then go to complicated plays with blitzes and see wat routes will be there...i think the biggest tell of coverage is besides the obvious safties is the lb's or the strong side corner. | |

| there are actually two (2) easy ways (outside of reading the safeties prior to or after the snap) to determine what coverage the defense is in....they are: 1. come out in a bunch formation. if the defenders line up directly over your receivers = Man. if they line up to the outside and then...slide in = Zone 2. motion a receiver to the left or right. if a defender follows him the whole way = Man. if the defender follows half way and then another defender picks him up from there = Zone. | |
