Nickel 1-1-5 and 2-4-5

Are there any nanos for these formations.
I switched from 46 to multiple D and saw a big improvement. The only I lack is the list of nanos that I run. So far the only ones I know are for 3-4 and 4-3 but none for these special nickel formations.

Do any of you guys got some for these 2 formations that you would like to share?

I'm in the same boat sice i left 4-6 alone ive seen a drastic change but only lackin nanos......

Why ya'll prefer multi d over 46??? I have HEARD and PLAYED some pretty sick 1-5-5 setups. I guess there is a secret to running it. I know people like to use it cause they can put anyone (Except DT) wherever they want and they wont move back into Position. Also heard something about positioning your guys in a diamond shape right over the center. I DONT REALLY KNOW THOUGH....anyone else have anything feel free to fill us in. It looks like a fun D to run if you know how.

Wow I switched back.

I have no clue but with Multiple D PB My Def is just shutdown with the cards.
My O doesn't need improvement cuz I always score if I really want to with some no huddle O
