I have seen this play ran many ways, but this is how I run it.
Setup: 1. Slide D-Line left 2. Man Align and Show Blitz 3. Move linebacker on the leftside of the screen next to the DE. 4. Move inside left linebacker between DE and DT. Click High quality

GOOD ISH! do you like to use the speed package with this, or does it even matter?

I used the Chargers, so they have speed at LB, but it would help if you used the speed package.

its hard to get pressure and stop the quick pass wit nanos, but my advice to u is when doing a nano always play a LB that is covering the middle of the field, cause if the pressure is coming fast they will either go to the middle with a short slant or hit the RB in the flats
