Newbie and silly question?

I have a real problem. I can't find 'shotgun' formation on my X-box? I have everything from Nickel too goal line and everything but shotgun?
the closest i have is rifle?
It's driving me nuts!!

Step by step guide on how to get t it please, please don't say scroll along as it's not there.
The strange thing is in the madden plays there is a shotgun but there is not very many sections. For instance

try a different pb see if that makes a difference otherwise idk. scroll around lol

ya man, you just need to change the pb you're looking at to something like Run N Gun...they have plenty of shotgun formations in there...

lol London. Rifles is Shotgun. they made it more realstic to teams actual sets in the nfl.

So lets clear this up?

Also if downloading a E-book is it downloaded into the X-Box via the service provider or is downloaded by mail. If mail how does this change the screen for that playbook like RUN N GUN.

yea, Rifle is SG, and when u dl a ebook, do it thru ur computer, not ur 360. U won't be able to open it on ur 360.

So once opened on your PC it just gives you a playbook to fo;;ow the plays by manual and not somehow programed in.?

Also, clicking left or right on the RB1 and RB2 clicks through the slightly different formations of say 'RIFLE' then into the plays of that slight alteration?

Still wondering how you get to 5WR.

yea, it only opens under a certain file. switch ur team playbook to get 5 WR, cuz only certain playbooks have that set.

How do you go abut switching the playbook on the x-box....Soory Rookie questions but obviously important ones

welcome bruh! and you are in the right place to get the answers that you seek.

When you select your team, hit x. (I know it's square on PS3, not sure for xbox) Highlight offensive playbook and move over with the left sticks. New England's playbook has more pass plays than any other book. Give that a try if you like passing the ball.

You were in the SF Playbook and there shotgun formation is called "Rifle" so just like everyone else said, just change your PB and you will see Shotgun plays...

That's what caught me out!
