Switching to the 3-4

I've decided to take up running the Jets and doing so I decided I should switch to a 3-4 play book. I was running Multi D before. Well, right now I got the Pitt play book selected and I'm just lost. I have 2 questions:

Would Pitt be better than 3-4 for me? And does anyone know of any good plays vs run or good nanos? I got one nano from 3-4 that's good and 1 from nickel 2-4-5, but that's it.

I've started to use the Ravens D playbook, since it has a lot of 3-4 plays and still has the 46 Normal.

I'd try Balt but I heard that the 46 playbook is the only one with any worthwhile 46 plays. Otherwise it's a waste. Is that true? Could I just make up for the lack of decent 46 plays with the excess of 3-4 in Pitt or the 3-4 book?
