Need help playing better Cover 3

I need help with my Cover 3 game. I always get picked apart between the zones. Im forced to play straight man-to-man or Cover 2 Man more than I want to and stuck in bad one-on-ones.

I like the cover 3 out of the 46 Normal. If I know they are passing I will make my 2 DE's cover the sidelines (Purple Zone).

Try usering the safety in the soft zone. Try putting the opposite linebacker in purple zone also. Keep em in the pocker is key. When you let em get out thats where he can really burn ya.

i am starting to do this more also. Cover 3 is a pretty nice play. it can also bring some heat when you BnR.

Alright, thanks. I will try those. Playing man just kills me cuz I either get smoked deep or crossing routes. But thanks, will definately try!

call defensive hot routes and make adjustments to what you think the offense is doing
