First, I want to look at FB dive.

Steps

1. Shift D-line left.

2. RE Blitz both DT’s down.

3.
Hot blitz LOLB down. Press LB, then right. Place him over the center as
close as possible without going offsides. Don’t worry about him going
offsides–if you place him too close, the defender will move back.

4. Take SS and blitz him down and place him over the WDT to the left.

5.
Take control of the FS and help out with the run.Once the ball is
snapped the MLB shoots the gap. And makes the tackle in the backfield
for the loss.

The next thing I want to look at is how to set up
the defense to defend the toss. A lot of people like to quick hike as
soon as they get to the line and do the toss. To set the toss defense
up, it’s the same as for the FB dive; the only difference is you do not
have to place the SS down in the box. In this screenshot, I put the
safety in a deep blue zone.As soon as the ball is hiked, flick down on
the right stick to run commit.The QB is sacked in the backfield before
he gets the ball off.

yeah, this is a nice play, i have my own version though but ill try this out

works well if you just shift the d line to the right and fake blitz

i have my own way of setting this play up but.....i will have to give this way a try as well.

I really dislike using the 4-3, but I'll try it.

same here, one of those reasons i sometimes dont use the 46 defense is because it has no 3-4 formations

i got to say dis play is gold if the qb under the center

both DTS just create a whole for the MLB to shoot thrown

and make take out the QB
