online play

I have not played Madden in a while until this year. I am not all that good but am getting better. I finally figures out how to play as a linebacker this week. I has helped my passdefence tremendously. I have always been afraid of online play, but am looking to start. Any tips? thanks.

Ya just get into practice mode and cook some stuff up... Find plays to beat zone..(based d of most cuz man to man sux) And play people form here to help your game out

hey, im the same way man! i just started playing online this year. playing against other Madden-School guys helps, in my opinion its always beneficial to play against good competition.

its important to find some plays you are very comfortable with. like routes to the flats for a guy thats blitzing, or a deep post for a guy whos using man. and yeah like nawf said, find some plays that work well against zone coverage.

playing online is really simple. like the guys have already said....go to the lab (practice mode) and go through your offensive playbook to find plays that fit "EVERY" situation i.e. zones, man to man, cover 2, 3. 4 etc. and then on defense...do the same thing. then..build a "scheme" of plays (set some in your audibles) around your best and favorite one's that you know you can count on. then....you should be set. happy gaming!
