its not really a run stopping D, why do you wanna try and stop the run out of dollar? i would guess you would have to pinch your line and blitz some of your backers.

i know some people use it for every down, but that is pretty lame. i know you have to make a lot of adjustments, mainly showing blitz so that your safeties aren't alllllllllllll the way back.

Try putting a nickel strong or 1-5-5 in your audibles. When he audibles to a run formation, u audible. You'll have the advantage because he'll have 5 lineman against your 3 DL and 3 LB.
