PostSubject: CJ's Run N Gun Ebook   CJ's Run N Gun Ebook Empty2008-12-28, 14:38

this is my own E-book. you may have seen it on another site, but that is also me. I hope you enjoy this. This e-book consists of 17 plays, all of them will get you yards. PM me if you have any questions.

Shotgun Trips TE - 6 plays
Shotgun 5WR Bunch - 4 plays
Shotgun 4WR - 4 Plays
Full house Weak - 1 play
Extra Blitz out of 46
Stopping the opponent from tossing or QB sneaking out of goalline.

Shotgun Trips TE plays

PA Deep Attack
Setup: Hot Route your #3 WR to do a fade route. Hot route your TE to block.

After The Snap: scramble out to the right.

Looks: If your opponent isn’t playing deep safety, look for your receiver running the deep post route.
If your opponent IS playing deep safety, your first look will be your
receiver in the middle running the fade route. You WILL have to wait
for him to come back though, and then throw a bullet to him.
If your opponent is bringing a corner blitz or playing man coverage
look for your receiver running the drag route, and I recommend that you
use a fast WR or RB, because he will break one for a big gain.

Trips Attack
Setup: hot route your receiver on the far right to a streak route. Hot
Route your TE and or RB to block. Hot route your receiver on the far
left to run a slant to the inside

Looks: If your opponent ISN’T playing deep safety wait for your receiver on the deep post to get open and throw it to him.
If your opponent IS playing deep safety, look for your receiver on the
inside slant. If your opponent is playing man get it to the receiver
running the inside slant.

Slot Quick Flat
Setup: hot route your outside right receiver to do a streak route.

Looks: your first look will be the receiver on the middle. If he’s in
cover 2, you should throw it to your receiver running the streak.

WR Corner
Setup: Hot route your middle receiver on a streak.

Looks: your first look will be the receiver running the corner.
Your second look will be the middle receiver on the streak, but you
have to use precision passing to the right, if the safety doesn’t play
up on him.
HB Swing
Setup: (optional) hot route your RB and or TE to block

Looks: Your first look will be your receiver on the far right running the corner.
Your second look will be the TE running the corner route, if you know
how to RC, this will be great for you. Your third Look will be your
middle receiver running the short curl route.
Your two final looks will be the HB and far left WR, the HB for cover 3, or cover 4, and the WR for a cover 2 play.

WR Short Post - This is a short yardage play, I wouldn’t advise using it on anything but short yardage
Setup: have your TE block. Hot Route the WR on the far left to run an OUTSIDE slant.

Looks: Your first look will be the middle receiver running the short
curl route(He doesn’t get guarded a lot, unless its man coverage.
Your Second Look will be the far right receiver running the slanted
curl route(these routes don’t get guarded for some reason either.
Your third look will be the receiver running the outside slant route.
That’s it for Shotgun Trips TE, and I hope these will help you out with your game.

Shotgun 5WR Bunch plays

Quad Curls
Setup: hot route your inside receiver on the right to do a curl

Looks: your first look should be your #1 WR running the slanted delayed curl route.
Your Second look should be the inside receiver on the left, because if
they’re blitzing and leaving the flats open, He’ll be open. You won’t
need any other looks, because if they are both guarded, he’s playing
FAG D, and you can just wait for someone to get open.

Slot Post Stop
Setup: motion your inside right receiver to the left. Hot Route your
inside(non motioned) left receiver to do a slant, and smart route it.

Looks: Your first look should be your middle receiver(now inside receiver) on the right.
Your second look should be the motioned receiver if there blitzing.
Your third look should be the outside right receiver running the
corner(only if your good at RC’ing)

Openfield Drag
Setup: put the inside receiver on the right to do a out route. Put the outside receiver on the right to do a curl route.
Looks: your first look should be the inside left receiver running the extended slant.
Your second looks should be the outside right receiver doing the curl(if he’s open then your first look isn’t open)
Your third look should be the outside right receiver running the deep post( for cover 3 only, don’t try and squeeze it in)
Shotgun 4WR plays

Curl Flats
Setup: put both inside receivers on streak routes

Looks: your first look should be your RB running the C route(try to get
it to him quick, and if you do its pretty much a completion every time)
Your second look should be one of the two receivers on the streak routes(cover 2 or 3, but try not to squeeze it in)
Third look will be outside receivers running curl routes(if blitzing)

Slot Outside - this play IS ONLY for short yardage, but you can use it on 1st and 10 Package this as WR strong
Setup: Motion your outside right receiver to the left. Hot route your inside right receiver to do a slant

Looks: your first look should be the WR on the screen(ALWAYS OPEN).
Your 2nd look should be the receiver running the curl route.
Your 3rd look should the WR running the slant.

Smash Corners
Setup: make your RB block. Hot route both outside receivers to run FADES. Hot route the left inside receiver to run a drag

Looks: Your 1st look should be the right inside receiver running the corner route.
Your 2nd look should be the receiver running the drag route. The other
2 WR’s are decoys, but if you know how to RC you can throw it to the
outside of them and RC it.

HB Option
Setup: keep it as is.

Looks: your 1st look should be the RB on the option route(throw it to
him before he gets past the LOS, because he’ll LEAP for It and make the
catch easily)
Your 2nd look should be the outside left WR running the curl route(easy completion if blitzing, and extra yards.)
Your third look should be the outside right receiver running the in route, if you playmaker him. The other 2 are decoys.

Full House Weak Play

Double cross
Setup: (optional) make your TE block. Put your WR on a streak or slant route.

After the snap: you have to scramble to the right.

Looks: your 1st look will be your #1 RB running the slanted 7 route.
Your 2nd look should be the FB running the flat route.
Your 3rd should be the WR running the slant route(If you didn’t put him on a streak.)

Extra Blitz out of 46

Cover 3
Depth Chart - put your two best people in at DT’s(can be best DE, or whatever)
Put your two fastest people at DE’s(doesn’t matter who it is, as long as it isn’t one of your starting LB’s)

Setup: Crash the D-line in. Put both DT’s in contains. Make any other
adjustments, You can blitz whoever else you would like(make sure it's less than 7 ppl), just be able to
get back on the DT in time. blitz one of the LB's in flat zones.

After The Snap: Make sure you control one of the DT’s. Don’t try and
control the DT AS SOON as the ball is snapped, wait until he’s ran
around part of the D-Line, and then hit turbo and try to get by the
blockers. You have to control him before the ball is snapped though,
you just can’t move him or press any buttons until he’s ran around part
of the D-Line. This is good for piling up sacks and stopping the run IF
you see it coming, and blitz a few more people.

Stopping the toss and QB sneak from Goalline.

Play - Punt Block Zone.

Setup: blitz the LB’s(hitting L1 or LB then right stick down) bring the
punt returner and run commit(right stick down) The toss will get
stopped because the QB will get hit in the back field, unless they
pinch the D-line, and the QB won’t be able to get pass the D-line or
any of the other blitzers.

Good Luck with these plays, because they made me a top 500 player, and
I hope to make a few more E-books. Make sure you get Lessons with me
for more in depth tips. Only on PS3 though, sorry 360 users.

This is good stuff man.I never use singleback, idk why but ima check it out.1 thing to add,on the HB Swing i found that if u know(absolutley know) that its Cover 3 i streak far my left (#2) WR it takes the far defender off of the far inside(#1)WR, the 1 running the outside post.Idk i found it works.Anyway just check it out and thanx 4 these plays they are tight.

yea, made this about 2 months after the game dropped, and never ran the HB swing play, but it is money, seeing as you can't even put a buzz zone back there to guard it, and u have to play safety. But I like to run a Crunk xclusive and add a twist to it. I motion the HB to the left, put him on a slant to the left, then I make the TE do a deep in route. This makes the complete right side of the fild oblsoleete, and on some occasions, I'll put the HB on a slant right, jus to keep the guy honest and make sure he doesn't blitz the whole right side.
