when u get or have a legendary card that has game boost like PAD +10 or MCV +10 are those game boosts given to all players or how does that work i never knew exatly how it did

I know all throwing accuracy boosts are given to the QB, and I think all other attributes are given only to the player that has the boost but I'm not 100% sure.
