labbing is going into practice mode and practicing plays that u think work or that give u trouble...if ur struggling on o,try the west coast offense near and pro formations and if ur struggling on d look at the nice 4-4 scheme on the defensive side

Well my O and D are decent i usually make stops on 3rd down but i have trouble stopping the big plays... I've been using the 1-5-5 a lot. I probably shouldn't use it as much, it could help. idk.

Yeah thats all labbing is. Sometimes its better to lab with someone rather than the CPU.
