Questions on D!

1st off what does reblitzing mean? and 2nd, is there any plays that will stop the run and coverage?
In madden 09 was able to find a formation that locked up the run and had decent coverage. It was called 3 - 4 Stack. all you had to do is click L1 Down which pinched the linemen then R1 UP which moved the LB out beside the linemen which made a big wall.
