4-6 defense

i have what i would call a decent defense.. i use 46 i was wondering if anyone had some plays or concepts that would make my defense more solid? i need some better coverage plays.. i have read of a couple blitzes but i just cant seem to get them to work..

Well i have a quick nano that u can use. In 46 bear go to plug cover 1, make the safety covering deep play man to man on the slot receiver (if there is one) then get on the other safety blitzing on the left side and move him right on top of the left end. When th QB hike the ball you'll be there in no time. (it can be stopped if running back blocks middle.

Nano's (Just 2 lol)

46 Bear- Sam Snake
-Press Coverage
-Pinch D-Line
-Reblitz the FS That Is In A Deep Zone, and place him between the NT and T (Either Side).
-I like to USER the RB.
**TIP**I like to come out in a Dime/Dollar on D Then Audible To The Nano (Sam Snake). Thats up to you if you wanna try it. Cuz its straight man. Gets good pressure up the middl and if they pinch your LB blitzing will get open.

46 Bear- Buzz Weak

-Shift LB's Right
-Reblitz the DT over the Center, and the RDE.
-Place the MLB That Is Blitzhing, and Put Him Between the 2 Lineman you just bltized (DT, RDE).

when u say pinch you mean every one is blitzing towards the middle or bringing the d-line in closer
