OHH man..this play has been fire for me.so if you use NO PB check this out.
Singleback Flex-HB Sweep
Flip the run Left Slide Pro Left Motion the TE (on the opposite side of the WR to the Left) Let it roll and be patient.Follow the blocks and you should get a nice gain outta this.

1 more thing.I also use the TE SLot Package for extra blocking..

is this the same one as in Pass Balanced, where Te takes empty Fb position you flip, then you got 3 blockers in tight formation?

I used to run this play in 09 when I had the Skins PB. I would put Crumpler at TE and Scaife in the slot and then motion Scaife and snap the ball when he passed by Crumpler.
